This 3,000 sq.ft home in Saket was designed for a family that wanted their space to feel elegant yet comfortable — something timeless that wouldn’t go out of style in a few years. We worked with a soft palette of warm neutrals, natural stone, and wood to create a calm, welcoming atmosphere throughout the house.
Classic wall mouldings, chandeliers, and subtle brass details bring in the neoclassical character, while the furniture and layouts keep the spaces relaxed and liveable for everyday use. The goal was to create a home that feels refined without being overwhelming, where every room flows naturally into the next.

This was for a family of 7 people, they were struggling to translate their vision and thought process into their actual house. A newly constructed villa, in the National Media Center. That’s when we came and worked with them through questionnaires, asked a lot of questions, and finally reached the understanding that they are inclined towards soft colours, neutral tones and a palette that is a mix of wood, stone and taupe colours.
Soft furnishings like curtains made with pure linen, and hand knitted rugs + other artefacts added warmth and energy to the space. As sometimes, minimal lacks the feeling of “home” which they wanted.

HVK is a family-run design studio with 25+ years of expertise across architecture, interiors, and hospitality. Led by four co-founders with multidisciplinary backgrounds, we deliver luxury and ultra-luxury residences through a structured, personalised engagement model, undertaking a limited number of premium projects each year.
Execution is powered by a network of 500+ specialised subcontractors, in-house manufacturing for modular woodwork and customised furniture, and AI-enabled project management systems ensuring precision, transparency, and control through final handover.
